Arbour Council - Kythorn 1375

General Summary

Rico gathered together his council members with ever shortening time to go through new business.

Early into the Meeting a man burst in to the throne room stating that he had found something that seemed amiss. The nameless man stated he had been kidnapped but, that he had managed to escape. During this daring time in this mans life he gathered a few posters that were lying around and upon further inspection they appeared to be bounties, non-official. Bounties on every Xiomaran Citizen.

Upkeep

The kingdom remains strong, sturdy, and peaceful.

Edict

Leadership handed back to Raffyr and with this change Rico moved back into his position as warden. Claiming the q3 and p4 they swallow up The Havens Escape. With the recent war displacement effort a trade edict has been sponsored by Arbour to the Capital of Fjordhaven.
A few changes in the verbage of their constitution regarding buying and selling of Magical goods are as follows
"All sales of magical items within Arbour Kingdom must have at least one party, whether it be the buyer or the seller, that is approved and/or accredited by an officially approved Arbour- associated guild. Failure to comply is considered Severe Economic Fraud"

Income

The kingdom proved profitable as usual, and Anthony even sold off a piece of his armory to add funds back in despite him always attempting to garner more.

Event

Aside from the isolated incident of the kidnapping and the bounties found, the kingdom was quiet. The council takes great consideration over this matter however the bounties are obviously not acreddited to any kingdom, how much trouble can in individual really cause? In the meantime they sought out an old wise man by name of Mcguinnis to dispel the evil forces that plagued Runa's Garden Escape.
