Arbour Council - Kythorn 1375
General Summary
Rico gathered together his council members with ever shortening time to go through new business.
Early into the Meeting a man burst in to the throne room stating that he had found something that seemed amiss. The nameless man stated he had been kidnapped but, that he had managed to escape. During this daring time in this mans life he gathered a few posters that were lying around and upon further inspection they appeared to be bounties, non-official. Bounties on every Xiomaran Citizen.
A few changes in the verbage of their constitution regarding buying and selling of Magical goods are as follows
"All sales of magical items within Arbour Kingdom must have at least one party, whether it be the buyer or the seller, that is approved and/or accredited by an officially approved Arbour- associated guild. Failure to comply is considered Severe Economic Fraud"
