Escort Services
General Summary
Meako, seeking reward and adventure, and kinship with the similar named Neeko of the Store of Shinies, gathered a group of adventurers to take up Neeko's call for escorts. Prim, Dana and Thalanil took up Meako's call and met at the Flame of the Forest Inn in Xiomara.
The Adventurers meet with Meeko and were given the task of Escorting his "Cousins" from Xiomara south all the way to Stags Redoubt, were they sought a new life. Little did they know the trouble the trio of dimunitive charges would be.
Not far into their journey they were accosted by a wizard seeking the bounty on their escorties. The wizards tricks were many, but were ultimately no match for the party's prowess.
Farther into their journey a more formidble foe. A pair of wiley lizard folk and their Fire Drake companion took their best shot and capturing the bounty on the three "cousins", but the party yet again triumphed.
Dana managed to bring back to the authorities at Stags Redoubt the bodies of two half-elves that the Lizard folk had slain as bait.
Upon meeting Clystia, priestess of Selune, at the Temple in Stags Redoubt, the party was rewards with a generous purse, some magical accoutrements, and each a coin that shows the favor they earned with The Duulo.
