Explore the Verdant Expanse - PP48
General Summary
Fnor set off to explore more land to add to the Kingdom of Honshu. He was joined by a party of Rico, Enam, and Bombo. Unexpectedly, he was also joined by a noble representative from each of the noble houses currently exploring across Pandora. Before they all set out, the nobles were treated to a meal and any other attention they felt they deserved.
The party first encountered a Giant Anaconda lurking in a pond. Before it was hacked to pieces it did manage to grab onto Bombo’s mount and attempt to drag it under water.
Next the party came upon a hunting party of Wood Giants. Fnor made effort to speak with them, which led to the Wood Giants inviting the party to join them for a meal. Bombo was incredibly uncomfortable interacting with giants in any regard, but made the effort not to make waves. The Wood Giants were very concerned about the Kingdom of Honshu perverting the forest with “human civilization.” Fnor agreed to honor nature and protect their forest as a means of maintaining peace. He even invited them to enter into a treaty with Honshu, which they declined, saying they preferred to remain solitary.
Finally, the party felled a small band of Ant Lions with little to no effort before returning to Honshu where a fresh feast was laid up for them all.
