My Enemies Must Fall
General Summary
Khalid has carried a bounty across Pandora for quite a while. His shenanigans managed to piss off both the Hobgoblin nation, and Tetrodora, both nations placing rather lucrative bounties on him. It was only a matter of time though before his disguises and tricks protected him from the right adventurers.
Prim, Meako (Signing up as Parvus), and Alik (reporting in as Mistwalker) gathered in Silver City to go track down Khalid and bring him to justice.
Alik used his wizardly wiles to rather quickly determine that Khalid was hiding outside of Kishdanhar, but the exact location wasnt clear. He was certain it was a theives den, but they did not know beyond that. For that, the party had to journey to the city to inquire of the locals where this place could be.
The party encountered Bork and jork, half orc bounty hunting brothers who fought each other as much as they fought their bounties. The brothers had come across intel on where the thieves den, which turned out to be a temple of Mask, was, but they were'nt confident in their ability to storm the den themselves and collect the bounty, so they allied themselves with the party, agreeing to split the bounty in exchange for the location of the temple.
When the party arrived at the Temple, they were attacked by another bounty hunter FenrikTheQuiet. The party made quick work the the sneaky devil, but Bork and Jork realized they didnt want the heat that just brought down on them, and left.
After navigating some gnarly traps and waves of Mask worshipers, the party finally found Khalid hiding in the great hall. A great battle insued, but ultimately Parvis hit their bounty with a named bullet, slaying him out right.
The party returned the slain corpse to Tetrodora to collect the bounty, but not before grabbing a rather healthy haul of items Khald (and his protectors) had accumlated over the years. To help pay for the bounty and the damage Khald caused to the city, Tetrodora demanded his armour and weapons along with the body, but allowed the party to keep all other magic items on his person.
With the proceeds of this the party paid off Meako's Bounty to the hobgoblin nation.
