Seeking to Serve
General Summary
Covak placed a post up on the board trying to find friends to help him gain a seat on the council of the Arbour Kingdom. Before he could gather his friends, he was confronted by Eater of the Wind and given a task. After the recent solstice festival, a few woshippers of Selune who'd travelled from the Sovereignty needed escorting back to their homes. Gathering the group from a nearby temple, Covak and his group headed through the portal, collected a cart and went on their way. At the border they were stopped by a retinue of guards, though a few quick words were more than enough to get on their way again. Though before reaching the next settlement the party was attacked by ghosts! Without the help of one of their passengers, their cart would have been lost to the wilds thanks to a spooked horse. But quick thinking and quicker steel proved victorious and they continued onwards. Now all that was left in their way was a final, tense confrontation with the guards outside the gates of West Haven. Thankfully, once again their words didn't fail them and they were allowed inside. After dropping off their new friends the group quickly headed back home.
