The Arbour Kingdom Council - Uktar 1374
General Summary
It was warmer than usual and incredibly windy the week the Arbour Kingdom council met to discuss kingdom matters.
Upkeep
Over a meal of dried and cooked reindeer meat, provided for them by Eater of the Wind, the council discuss several pressing matters, including the distribution of Egon’s will, what to with the recently abandoned buildings from Runa, increasing kingdom security, the addition of an annual holiday, and the elimination of all unrest.
Edict
The wind was stronger on their second day of meetings, almost blowing the paperwork Mira carried with her away. The kingdom territory was expanded and a new fishery and farm was built. Construction of a road was started out of Xiomara toward the settlement in the northern corner of the kingdom and a park was added each in Xiomara and Drake's Harbour in anticipation of the upcoming festival celebration. A trade edict (luxury) was issued to Lakeside in the Honshu kingdom.
Income
Anthony, their treasurer, woke up from his nap just in time to ensure that the kingdom's coffers were well tended. Egon’s remaining gold was added in, along with a donation from the other council members, to add 16 BP to the treasury.
Event
Throughout the duration of the week’s meeting, guards continuously reported that catfolk women around town were causing issues. Raffyr, Rico and Tiff took it upon themselves to investigate and “save” the poor catfolk women who thought themselves in trouble preventing any future unrest in the kingdom. Taking the opportunity to question the catfolk about Runa’s disappearance, they learned that Runa had been last seen at the Garden Escape with a tall human male named Greg.
