Thrice Arcane Tournament
General Summary
In the middle of a storm, what better time to distract the citzenry than another Thrice Arcane Tourneyment!
Four adventurers answered the call, and showed up (very moist) to the tournement. Unlike most arena's in the Havens, the tourney today presented a challenge of the mind, wit, and wisdom.
The adventurers were first met with a cup. A simple cup. Guarded by some rather unassuming birds. The fools who startled the birds realized their mistake quickly. The players quickly learned what Ha-birds were, but were able to drink from the cup and win their prize.
The second round they were met with a rather unattrative ogrekin with a stick. Their task? Grab his stick. Through some guil and deception, the party managed to grab his stick, much to the dismay of his elven mother in the crowd.
The last challenge was a rather unlucky one. The task? Grab the flags from some Pugwhampis. Khalid decided he coveted the small creatures fur, and barely managed to avoid being acused of attempted murder scalping the poor thing.
The group was victorious, and rewards were plenty.
