Trade Republic Revamp

General Summary

The Republic of Tetrodora held a meeting to discuss the ownsership of the Darkmoon Vale. In attendance at the meeting were representatives of Tetrodora, Fjordhaven, The Hobgoblin Nation and Abkheset. As those representatives arrived at the Risen Sun Citadel and made their way into the meeting room, they were attacked by a pair of cloakers! The cloakers posed no real threat to the party, and were quickly dispatched. With the corpses cleared away and the mess cleaned up, the meeting was able to proceed.
Tetrodora put forward that they would like to absorb the rest of the Darkmoon Vale. Fjordhaven, in order to be good friends and neighbours, dropped all interests in Darkmoon Vale. Abkheset declared that they have no interest in lands outside the desert and only came to garner trade agreements. The Hobgoblin Nation, however, refused to give up a claim to the land without some sort of concession. When offered a trade agreement in return, they stated that a trade agreement is mutually beneficial outside of the benefits of gaining more land. The Hobgoblins suggested they could take the mountains, to which Milo counter-offered splitting the mountains in half. The Hobgoblin Nation agreed.
With the ownership of the Darkmoon Vale agreed upon, all those involved wrote up a treaty and all signed it. With that done, they then turned to the topic of trade. The following trade deals were made:
*Tetrodora to trade foodstuffs and (within 3 months) lumber from Darkmoon Vale to Abkheset in exchange for desert foodstuffs.
*Hobgoblin Nation to trade medicinal herbs, exotic woods, stones and metals to Fjordhaven in exchange for foodstuffs.
*Abkheset to trade adamantine to Fjordhaven in exchange for dwarven forged weapons.
*Hobgoblin Nation to trade metal to Tetrodora in exchange for foodstuffs.
*Tetrodora to exchange goat related products to Fjordhaven in exchange for metal and some dwarven smiths to train their smiths.

With the foreign affairs finished, the representatives from all foreign nations departed. Following their departure, Azim organized a second meeting with Milo, Roger and a newcomer named Asano. In that meeting, the new and updated constitution of Tetrodora was finalized and ratified by vote. Also, in that meeting, some plans for the future were laid out, which included removing all imagery of the Church of Dusk and Dawn from the shrine in the middle of their market district and rededicate it as a shrine to Waukeen. They also discussed plans to eventually build a cathedral to a collection of gods, including two gods of trade. Once these plans were made and the constitution was ratified, (which included placing Milo, Roger and Asano into leadership positions) the meeting was ended.
