Revolution
The Night of the Badger's Feast is widely accepted to be the beginning of Gévaudan's most recent and successful uprising against the local ruling class. It was on this night that a number of working and merchant class citizen's formed a mob and marched on a formal event being held by the Marquis in which a number of influential members of high society were in attendance. This unrest was brought on by the abysmal way the Marquis had handled the recent attacks that had been plaguing the lower class populace in recent months.
In addition to members of her own gang, Jenny "Greentooth" Fionn was able to manipulate more than a hundred able bodied kin from among the local working class into forming a mob and marching on the gates of the Marquis' new inner-city manor. She achieved this by stirring up the wells of emotions caused by the recent death Ella O'Dooley. Jenny herself was not seen again that night after her final speech in the Delta market. The mob itself was dispersed after within minutes of the first molotov thrown. The manor itself was sufficiently warded and as such suffered minimal damages and the mob was unable to hold their own against the Pepperdrake Brigade once reinforcements, resulting in a number of casualties and even more arrests. Meanwhile the Marquis and his family had been intercepted by Pazuka Tepito I and other members of the Tepito crime family. Pazuka extracted a protection racket from the Marquis after having personally dispatched the gangsters who'd been attempting to kidnap him. Presumably on Jenny's orders.
