Fintores

Fintores, named after Saint Fintor who led the original expedition, is similar to Zestortes in that the middle of the continent is basically unsettled and not understood. However, where the middle of Zestortes has been left untouched for religious and cultural reasons, Fintores is left untouched because of danger. The forests and mountains (and whatever lives there) are incredibly hostile and no one who has attempted to travel through or settle the area have not come out alive. The only group who have had any modicum of success in this department are the Eladrin of Shimmerfelt - and they are feared as unknowns just as much as whatever is in the wilderness.
Because of this, anyone who wishes to travel Zestortes has to travel around Fintores by boat. This is where the settlement of Twilight's Sanctuary comes into play. It serves as both a figurative and literal lighthouse for travelers.
