Shimmerfelt

Near the beginning of the populating of Pantheon, a group of Eladrin broke away and founded Shimmerfelt. This was not necessarily rare, but what was rare was that they survived - ESPECIALLY on Paltores. The other notable thing about Shimmerfelt is that it is rumored that they have managed to make some sort of connection with the Feywild. Obviously the people in power at Fourteen's Seat are none too pleased about this but they haven't been able to get close enough to confirm, let alone do anything about it.
