The Iron Collar has direct connections to crime syndicate aboard the Dreking Space Station and the bookies who run the gambeling rings out there.

The Working members do the majority of their work in the shadows of civilization. Never over exposing themselves or their organization.
Public Agenda
The Iron Collar purpose to collect unpaid debts, and or bring those who owe debts to the gambling rings.
Assets
Each Bounty Hunter brings their own tools and weapons to complete the job. Nothing is given to a bounty hunter except a specific coin that they can reveal to other members to show their loyalty.
History
The Iron Collar came about when people would jump ship from the Dreking Space station without paying their debts. At first there was just one man who did all the bounty hunting for the syndicate, but as time went on his services where needed in much greater number from a variety of special interests' groups. Soon the name Iron Collar was associated with the bounty hunters from the Iron collars it puts on their captives.
Laws
Iron Collar Law of Operation
1. All jobs are assigned based on difficulty of the mission. The higher the mission Difficulty the higher rank Hunter is assigned.
2. Only S tier hunters are allowed to take jobs directly from a client.
3. All hunters below S tier must be assigned jobs from headquarters. failure to do so could result in a bounty place on you from the Iron Collar.
4. while working a mission the hunter should use extreme caution and never mention the Iron Collar organization.
5. Always keep your coin on you while on a mission.
