Dreking Space Station

Geography

This is what appears to be a space station floating in an orbit around Titan, one of Saturn's moons. The station was constructed out of scrap ships and pieced together. Despite its ugly appearance it is heavily defended from all the fire power left over from the scrap ships.

History

Just after the first Covenant and Kreegan encounter there was an out cry for some who didn't wish to fight. The left the  Covenant on a brand new stolen trading ship and planned on hanging out in space for the rest of their lives. Unfortunately for them there were also a few Kreegans that where forgot about and left behind. They happily commandeered the ship from these peaceful people and began to turn it into a refuge for the forgotten people of the universe.
It wasn't long before gambling, and organized crime rings started popping up within the station. Bounty Hunters are said to have started here in charge of collected unpaid debits to bookies. There are rumors that the organized crime rings stretch all the way to the Orbital Osiris Colony, but that has never been confirmed. for the most part these days the space station is a neutral zone where any race is aloud as long as you don't cause trouble. Anyone who disturbs the working order of business or is found guilty of cheating the house at gambling is floated. That's where they put you in a airlock dock and then open the dock and watch you die in the vacuum of space.
There is one guy that runs the place now some Kreegan calling himself the Kingpin of the station. Only those who get into trouble or that have business with the Kingpin get to know his name. 
For the most part this is place where people go to be forgotten and not be found.
