The Department of Development and Research
The Department of Development and Research was put together by Colonel Heinrich. Its mission is to continually look for improvements to current warfighting systems and equipment. They are also reasonable for finding a weakness in enemy fighting systems and equipment.
Composition
Manpower
The Department currently holds a staff of just over 100,000 workers. Both Civilian and Military forces occupy the facility.
Equipment
All Equipment is stored in the headquarters facility, which is on board the "Mother Ship" in the Research Bay. The Bay has complete security checks in place.
Weaponry
on Test weapons are still housed in this Department.
Vehicles
Only test Vehicles not yet in production are housed in this Department.
Structure
The overall command is held by Colonel Heinrich. There are then lead scientists put in place over each project who have other scientists under them to complete the project and testing.
Logistics
Auxilia
The maintenance section with a higher level of clearance is set to do all maintenance on tools and equipment needed for the Department.
Recruitment
Children are tested at the of 7 years old those who show more significant promise in IQ are sectioned off for Scientific roles. During academic training, those who have the highest scores and show deep loyalty are selected for The Department of Development and Research.
