Warp Rings
Created by the Anunnaki themselves and enable intergalactic travel. Not much is known on how they are created. Just that they use the Anunnaki psychic abilities to carve out paths in both space and time. Then with the gravity distortion worm hole technology its capable of connecting these two points.
A wormhole is a structure that connects two distant points in space-time, allowing for faster-than-light travel. According to the theory of general relativity, space-time can be curved and warped by massive objects such as stars and black holes. If two points in space-time are connected by a tunnel-like structure, called a wormhole, it would be possible to travel from one point to the other without traversing the distance between them. The Species who control these ring will inevitably control the universe as the Warp Rings can not only bring you to a distant galaxy but also any point in that galaxy's time.

all of their locations through out the universe are unknown. The concept of the Warp Rings are very well known among the sapient species who travel the stars.
Complexity
This is very complex technology that no other species seems to understand other then the Anunnaki.
