City Center

A City Center, or City, is the official municipal unit of Parcadia.
A City is overseen by the Mayor, who reports to the Governing Body of Parcadia
When a new City is unified into Parcadia, several mandatory buildings are built including:

• a House of Corrections for instructing citizens on how to be a part of Parcadia
• A transit hub for the Cawes Memorial People Transport System
• A Parcadian Governing House for the business of the City and its relations to Parcadia to be conducted
• A Rune House where the Runesmen can be found.
