Councilor (a.k.a. The Emerald Eyed)

Balalaika is a tall and slender dark elf woman he She has a rough body and a stern look to her face. her hair is as black as tar and her skin a silvery gray like that of lunaris. on the left side of her face she has a grey burnscar across her left eye. a crater of her onces beautiful emerald green eye. Balalaika usualy wears a fine dress. but can sometimes be seen in a labratory coat and a telescopic glass. 

Balalaika is the head of the skyian void exploration foundation. and therefore no longer spends much time on her orginal occupation of artificing due to her adminstrativ job. balalaika is a stern stalward woman with her sights set on progress. completly living for the ends justyfing the means.
