Church of Selune
Selune is the goddess of the moon. She is mechanically based on the Forgotten Realms Selune but in the lore of this world she is much more loosely defined.
Selune's followers observe a few rites, most notably the first light of the new moon (just after dawn once a month). The church itself has few hard tenets, but is very common among people who are in tune with the shifting of the seasons and the natural world in general, especially druids and rangers. The idea that the moon defines its own properties that change over time makes it appealing to people who prize self-determination and individual sovereignty.
