Stormthorn Dominion

The Stormthorn Dominion is a centuries old kingdom that rules over Romaya. It was founded by the late Galdric Stormthorn, a scholar turned adventurer after receiving visions of a new home from Vokresh. The original settlers of the continent sailed over from Okana after a famine swept through the west. It didn't take long for the dominion to be established. It rooted itself in what would become Alencia, later extending their reach to the outskirts of the Penmouth Wilds. In his later years, Galdric's mind began to slip. Out of his five sons, Daldren Stormthorn would be the only one to step up, and take his father's place.
His first order of business was separating politics and religion, a move that stripped the Order of the Eternal Ring of their official power over Romaya. The dominion's military operates as three branches; land, sea, and air. The air force is the most notable among the three. Those that serve in this branch are known as "storm lords" and ride atop giant falcons.
