Dicwaallbod Waurver

A member of the Black Star Wastrels and captain of his own ship in their fleet. More chaotic than evil, he will not go out of his way to kill those that avoid impeding him. He is straight to business, get the loot and get out.

The party could encounter Dicwaallbod in wild space along a trade route or where prospectors are seeking Energized Malachite. Since the Wastrels are usually after malachite, they are less likely to target the party unless they are desperate. The most likely scenario is that they will run into him when he goes to attack a client they are defending.
