Gurto is a kobold alchemist that the party encountered when they explored the haunted house. He leads a group of kobolds who had their tunnel collapse under the house. They liked the house and decided to try to chase the owner away by making him believe it was haunted. The party helped Gurto and his kobolds get work in the town, and struck a deal that would allow them to buy the house eventually.
