Governor
A Governor of Slosteria is an individual charged with governing any of Slosterias many cities. In the past the governor of Narrow Springs would be considered the head of state of Slosteria. However with the size of Slosteria growing such a role was decided to focus on the whole of the country, with the role of a governor focused on maintaining peace and prosperity within their own cities. A governor is appointed by the cities Directors, or if the city lacking a sufficient number to form a council, the Prime Director appoints one themselves. A governors term lasts for 10 years, before a new one has the chance of being elected.
As cities began to grow, the role of Directors became prevalent in order to alleviate the work load. These directors would play an auxiliary role in the organization and management of their cities, each being given a district to manage with oversight of the cities governor.
