Twitch

Twitch was a vigilante known for erratic movements and sense of speech, but turned villainous shortly after a few months. While the exact cause is unknown, they joined Hoard in 5039.

Appearance

Twitch wears a simple set of leather armor and mask and is known for most commonly wielding a rapier, but has been spotted with the occasional firearm.

Abilities

Twitch is suspected to have trained as a fencer at some point, and is well known for being a fierce duelist
