In the wake of Hero's Call having been pushed out of Periton, the city entered a state of civil unrest. With thousands of injured, utilities in states of disrepair and a vacum of power from former gang leaders only the newley formed sentinels, and in some cases gangs, managed to keep a semblance of peace as the city healed.
