Created during the Renaming the Hartehan Family moved from being the cities treasures, to creating what would become the Hartehan's banking infrastructure, starting with Hartehan Treasury.

Created by the tinker Winnow, the Clocktower was a natural evolution of chronomancy. Winnow's earlier experimentation with the Coldbox paved the foundation for the building, creating Peritons infamous building.

The movement of Unism, led by Adlamin Kinnel, attempts to espouse the philosophy of caring for those less fortunate

The Dragon browbeats the minor gangs of the Wine Crown into becoming part of his own gang.   Individuals that were subsumed by The Dragon's Hoard include Aurora, Caster, Earthstruck, Midas and Red Iron.

In the wake of Hero's Call's Attack, the CC sanctioned vigilantes within Periton as extensions of the cities law enforcement.   Criminals that decided to help drive off the greater threat had the opportunity to have prior crimes wiped, while an informal truce between gangs formed until the threat had passed.

The Guild pulls out of Periton, citing the amount of resources they would need to restore order is more than they could afford

The Month of Red was a period of time that was marked by a series of murders and assassinations of many prominent individuals.   With the Guild having pulled out of the city and the Sentinels a still burgeoning organization, villains and criminals assumed they could get away with more.   This period would form the principal reason for Masks becoming common place, and would form the foundation of the later Unwritten Rules.

The Dragon's Hoard is reformed after it was fractured with The Dragons capture  .    The gang is split amongst Midas, Chivlar and Racket.   Midas takes the helm of the newly named Hoard.
