Please be on the lookout for a dangerous criminal and their strange pet. A diminutive criminal has been spotted along the coast of Cord Ea Lorin and primarily in the city of Broken Bow. They are quick and magically adept and have armed themself with an unknown creature and various unidentified tools.

Their description follows:

• Small and hooded
• Possibly purple, blue or even off-white
• Wears goggles or thick glasses
• Carries some sort of augmented crossbow
• May become invisible
• Seems draconic in origin, possibly kobold or young lizardfolk/dragonborn

Description of their pet follows:

• Badly cloaked dog or similar size creature
• Seems to shine occasionally
• Quick and dangerous
• Responds to commands of the criminal
