History
Filarion was an advisor to the king for many years. During this time he grew fond of the quiet and often distracted boy who the king forced to attend council meetings, despite his disinterest in the ruling of a kingdom. Filarion became a mentor of sorts for Elaurd, who felt misunderstood by his father, a loud and endearing man always surrounded by jovial comrades and admirers. Though Filarion did not hold much sway in the old kings council, after the ascendance of King Elaurd, he was appointed the hand of the king and became a major force in the governance of the kingdom.
History
Elaurd used to spend much of his time in the library with Arazkatun when he was a boy. The boy and the librarian could often be seen discussing their love of history, literature, and magical artifacts. As Elaurd grew he spent less and less time in the library and began to show less reverence for the librarians and Arazkatun.
