The Palace of Gilth

The Citadel was built on the only high ground near Lake Ishael and rocky Hillock known as GwalchBurke (or Hawk Castle).  This is where legend claims that the Hawk of legend flew down bearing a cloak made from the feathers of every bird in the forest.  This was the first sign the Ian Augury was meant to rule.  Today it is the seat of the Ishael Monarchy.  It is in the Northeastern side of the city on rocky high hill surrounded by a wall
