Veara's followers

Veara's followers is a religion formed by the Veara holyland its spread to nearly every corner of the globe spreading the love of Veara and inviting them to join the holy land and seek refuge if they need it.

The Hand

the hand is a group of priests who sit atop the highest authority. all decisions must go through the members of the hand and be voted on, the vote must be at least three to two to pass as there are five members there can not be a stale mate, but a decision can be shelved till later so they make there minds up. These are usually used in important decisions involving diplomacy or anything to do with Veara. for one member to rise to the rank of the hand one member must retire or die, and be voted in amongst the union and get a direct acceptation from one of the members of the hand. As the hand are very important they really meet in person to discuss they only meet in the home land over important events. The hand has existed since the great war there has been multiple member's some have had a better effect on the world then others, these are called the previous generation, majority of the previous generation are deceased, for a member of the hand to rise one must retire or die. The current hand members include: The Emissary of Wisdom, The Supreme Herald, The Bringer of Fortune, The High Prophet and The Magus of Joy all these nicknames are made by the members of the church one must earn there nickname after being involved with the church for a year.

The Holy Order

The Holy Order is a elite group of knights that work for the hand each member has a section of the force one through five each with a captain that guards them at all times including during the meetings, the holy order are the knights that lead the regular troops into battle. the holy order is rumored to be so strong of a force that they can take down a dragon and the captains are rumored to be able to kill one by themselves. To become one of these elite knights you must be picked when you are just a child they have a event called the Holy selection where parents bring there children to be evaluated at the age of 10. each child will be given a symbol to represent there rank, Shield: They are destined to be a barrier master and are informed that they should attend the Veara Magic Academy . Flower: They are gifted in the art of healing magic and are informed they should attend the Veara Magic Academy . Sword: They are destined to be a master fighter this can be in a range of forms of combat, Bow, sword, rapier, scythe, and martial arts they are all informed they should attend the Veara Battle Academy were they can train and develop there skills.

Sanctuary's

The sanctuary's are the personal strongholds of the highest members of the church this is where the the The Holy Order train and teach new recruits the harsh way of life to be a member of the order these five sanctuary are scattered around the world. North located in the islands under the control of the Holy land. West located in the Empire of Zebaian after heavy diplomatic discussions they were allowed to set up a sanctuary there. East in the Empire of zon a long time friend of the holy land. South East in the Utagian empire they were allowed to place a sanctuary if they would assist in protection, in case a conflict breaks out. South west in the Nori empire there are rumorus that the Holy god wants to set up a new sanctuary
