Humanoid Population:

The invaders from Outer Plane 4 seemed made of elemental magics and were able to create beasts of elemental power out of thin air. The strength of the people seems to be not as powerful as those from Outer Plane 1; however, the beasts they summoned had incredible power and were very difficult to defeat most needing the Avatars to vanquish.
