Roasties!

The always busy eating hall, is specialized in serving roasted meat. In the middle of the hall is a large roasting pit, where the cooks tend the flames and roast the meat to perfection. An extremely large grill is suspended above the flames. The grill is large enough to roast a couple of dozen Yodolin at once. The cooks wear specialized protective gear and flame-resistant boots when they have to rotate the meat. A small gantryway allows access to the grill, enabling the dwarves to walk over the grill and inspect the meat.
They serve a wide variety of cuts, from all kinds of animals; wild boar, Yodolin, poultry. As long as it can be roasted on the grill, they will serve it. Their specialty are the roasted Yodolin Racks. About two-thirds of the space on the grill is used for these racks.

They serve and price the food they sell on weight. The customer can ask for any desired amount.

Tourism

Many people visiting Kalzomaruk for the first time are advised to visit Roasties!, as the sight of the dwarves walking over the grill is quite special.
