Undersiders

The Undersiders are a group of villains operating in Brockton Bay, Their criminal activity is largely restricted to turf wars with other villains and public disturbances; which take the form of embarrassment campaigns against the PRT.   They are a consistent Boon to Brockton Bay in times of crisis and have proven crucial assets in Endbringer fights and other disasters.
