Stelavorn Admiralty

Stelavorn's admiralty is its naval military leadership and reports directly to the Imperial Parliament. In the Stelavorn expansion into the Shengalvan Archipelago, it is also in charge of diplomacy. The admiralty has nine members on its leadership council, but that undersells the number of people actually involved. There are hundreds of administrative functionaries, diplomats, translators, and so on as part of the admiralty itself and then of course there is the entire Stelavorn navy under them and the quasi-military explorer-privateers responsible for a lot of the day-to-day operations in the archipelago as well.
