Distortion World
The Distortion World, also known as the Reverse World, the Mirror World, or Giratina's Lair is an alternate dimension opposite of our own. The laws of physics are altered in the Distortion World, causing a number of abnormal properties in time, space, and tangible objects. While people and Pokémon can survive in the Distortion World for at least short bouts, only one Pokémon inhabits it - Giratina.
In an alternate dimension, the Renegade God fused the Distortion World, the Pokémon World, and the Hall of Origin together.
Ecosystem
The ecosystem of the Distortion World is abnormal, notably having no visible sun. Plants growing in inverse ways and methods, water can flow in multiple directions, and there are many spots where the flow of gravity is either weakened, altered, or non-existent.
Localized Phenomena
In areas of flipped landmasses, gravity will twist to accommodate travel. Whether this is a naturally-occurring phenomenon or passively controlled by Giratina is unknown.
