Hoopa
God of Trickery (a.k.a. Dolos)
A Lower God in the Thenian Pantheon. While not to the extent Palkia can, Hoopa has the ability to manipulate space-time, mainly through the use of portals that can go to any place and any time. While part of the Pantheon, it wrecks havoc across the multiversal expanse due to disagreeing with its creator's way.
