Avvisar Magistrium

The Avvisar Magistrium is a magocracy that is located on central portion of the far western continent of Sothys. Magic is supreme in this country.
Mages rule from the top of their society. Anyone who cannot use magic are seen as lesser than spellcasters. Their strict hierarchy places magic users at the top, free non-magic users below them, and non-magical slaves below even non-mages.
