Pekad

The capital of the Avvisar Magistrium, far to the west of Polnarus on the continent of Sothys. It is located on a large island at the center of an enclosed sound. At the entrance of the city is a massive towering statue of a mage, possibly depicting Boccob, the god of magic, or an ancient mage hero. He overlooks the ships traveling to and from the bustling metropolis.
