Boccob

Boccob, the Lord of Mysteries, Our Lord of Spells, the Father of All Magic, is the god of magic and knowledge. He belongs to the Northern Pantheon on Polnarus, but is also heavily worshipped in the Avvisar Magistrium on Sothys.
His avatar often appears as an elderly sage dressed in purple robes. Boccob's symbol is an eye in a pentagon. He's typically worshipped by wizards, sorcerers, and other practitioners of magic.
