Fingers of Vecna

The Fingers of Vecna operates all across Polnarus, but are primarily found in Shan Liang. They are devoted to the continued worship of the evil god and archlich known as Vecna.
Frequently, the cult operates in secret. They place spies in and amongst the followers of Kelemvor, Ioun, and the Raven Queen. It's rumored that a hidden shrine to Vecna is placed in every major settlement across Shan Liang.
A common person may seek out a worshipper of Vecna when they have a terrible secret that they wish to forget. For a fee, the cult can remove that memory from their mind or even cover up crimes.
