All that remains of a once great empire ruled by the lamia in the The Scorched Expanse. The first of three major sites is the Lamia Stronghold in the Dread Hinterlands in the northeast section of the desert. Secondly, laying between the Barrens and the Dry Basin are the Lamia Ruins. Finally, abutting the far southern edge of the Scaled Peaks is the remnants of the Lamia City known as the Fallen City of Nabopalassar in the Whispering Ruins.
