Tzintzuntzan

Tzintzuntzan is the capital of the nation of Purétcha. It's a city that was built on constructed islands and canals on a bay at the mouth of a river.
The city is divided into several districts or cantons. Each of the major clans, the Riverbank Clan, Windsbreath Clan, Goldore Clan, and Emberglow Clan, have their own canton. In addition, there are also the Crafting, Religious, Market, and Administrative cantons. 
Different duties fall to each of the clans. For instance, the Riverbank Clan are in charge of fishing and stewardship of the waters. Black tattoos are associated with them. The Windsbreath Clan are in charge of ranging and stewardship of the land. Green tattoos are often worn by members of their clan. Next are the Goldore Clan, who are charge of mining minerals and metallurgy. Yellow tattoos are most associated with them. Finally, the Emberglow Clan are in responsible for both religous duties and military operations. Their clan is most associated with red tattoos.
