Yarghul

Yarghul is the seat of power in Chulweyné. It's a busy port on the Indun Sea that has existed as a settlement since the beginning of the High Era.
The elderly monarch, King Virathari, has ruled for many years, but is in his twilight years. His apparent successor was Prince Dakshaadi, the son of his favorite harem member. Currently, the king's estranged niece Lady Sikandra deals with the duties of the throne for her uncle.
It came to light in 1422 HE that Prince Dakshaadi and his consort Rana'lin had been replaced by a pair of shapeshifting rakshasa. A group of heroes led by one hailed as the "Savior of Yarghul" put an end to the rakshasas' plot and whatever dark spell they had cast over the city.
