The rank of mayor is granted to the ruler of Pookland and only the ruler of Pookland. The current holder is Charlie and he is the ruler/mayor of Pookland. Anyone who claims the title must first read The Mayoral Commandments and agree to them.

A good mayor must help his people grow and not fight each other.

A good mayor only resigns when he dies.
