Boquere (Bok-air-ay)
Boquere is the third planet from the star Lutae in the Potestatem Sphere. The planet is similar in size to Potestatem. Its surface is highly geographically active. For unknown reasons, its core gives off huge quantities of heat that create ever-shifting plate tectonics that outpace mapmakers from every generation. It appears as a pink dot four times the size of the brightest stars in the Potestatem sky when it is far. On near passes the world shifts from just a point of light to a marble-sized pink orb. The planet is tidally locked with Lutae.
Geography
The planets geogrpahy is extremely unstable large tectonic plates. The landmasses on the planet represent constantly shifting mountains, ravines and other choatic formations. Not much observation has been made of the planets surface beyond this due to the thick atmosphere of pinkish gas.
Localized Phenomena
The planet is the only tidally locked body in the Potestatem sphere. This means that one side of the planet is always faceing towards Lutae, and the other side is always facing away. This causes huge temperature discrepencies. One side of the planet is somewhat hot and the other is freezing. There is a berable midway area between the center of the bright and dark side. This thin strip houses the vast majority of life on the planet.
Climate
The planets absence of rotation or tilt cause the most bizzare absence of seasons, weather patterns, and other planetary functions. While some liquid oceans of water and light winds allow some heat to transfer to the cold side of the planet, for thoe most part it is a quiet wasteland.
