Charlie

Charlie is a halfling briefly mentioned by Dreamonskii during Session 5: Bonds, Bonds, Bonds.  Reportedly he once caught Hobbs and Dreamonskii doing something questionable on deck that invoved Dreamonskii being tied to the mast.  Additionally, he has a habit of stealing left shoes.
