Corruption in the Window

During Session 3: Interview with a Vampire, Isaac claimed to have reason to believe that a high ranking member of The Window is secretly corrupt.  He thinks they are involved with a recent string of undocumented disappearances, particularly those whose absence would not be noticed.  This apparently includes some associates of his, but he refused to provide details.
