Ectraph Acdri was a blue-scaled dragonborn, and the king of Montia. He was an extroardinarily traditionalist man, seeking to uphold the culture of his people first and foremost. Unfortunately, he was also beholden to Vecna. He was slain in a rebellion by Ulmec Soriel and the combined forces of House Klaedris
