Ignacio's Triangle

Ignacio Icarsus has a magical triangle embedded in his chest which grants immortality (in the form of reanimation a few days after death) and also some amount of magical power. It was discovered in some ruins in the Underdark.
Ignacio Icarsus himself is quite fond of his triangle, but when Dreamonskii saw it he immediately came to the conclusion that it was effectively nothing more than a magical slave collar. On the other hand, the devices origins are unknown, and Ignacio Icarsus has never been given orders of any kind through it. As such, the triangle's true purpose remains a mystery.
During Session 13: Gambling with Gods and Planes, Nemain, one of the three Morrigna made a "prediction" regarding the triangle, but none present could translate what she meant:

It's like a cow standing on a wheel of cheese and eating the moon!
