Klepuud
Klepuud is a kindly blue-scaled dragonborn, who owns and operates The Empty Dragon, a tavern in Ukapia. Formerly a member of The Cobalt Sanctuary, he is slow to anger, but rabble-rousing in his tavern is strictly forbidden, and he makes use of his extensive monk training to enforce the peace within his own tavern.
He seems to be highly respected by Feth's Lot, whom he offers free beds and drinks at his tavern.
