Ollie's Jolly Collie

Ollie's Jolly Collie, not to be confused with Ollie's Jolly Trolley, is a bar owned and operated by Ollie's Jolly Dolly in Polaris. The bar is dedicated to Olidammara, and the wait staff all wear magical masks at all times. The masks also disguise the wearer's voice, so it is impossible to tell who is standing behind the mask. Ollie's Jolly Collie also has an unusual rule: You must be at least this drunk to enter.
